1.Are there specific locations in your community where you are concerned about wildfire risk?

For example: areas with heavy forest or vegetation, steep slopes, areas where wildfire has occurred before, heritage or cultural sites, or locations where access could be difficult for emergency vehicles.

Please identify the location and describe your concern.
2.Are there roads, access routes or other locations that could create challenges during a wildfire?

For example: communities with only one road in or out, narrow or overgrown roads, bridges, dead-end roads, seasonal roads, areas with limited turnaround space, or locations where you think evacuation traffic could become congested.

Please identify the location and describe the issue.
3.Are there important community places or infrastructure you think should be considered when planning for wildfire resilience?

For example: water systems, fire halls, community halls, communications infrastructure, evacuation gathering areas, major transportation routes or other facilities important to your community.

Please tell us what and where.
4.Are there specific wildfire risk reduction projects or improvements you think should be considered?

For example: vegetation or fuel reduction in a particular location, improving access for emergency vehicles, protecting important infrastructure, improving water access for firefighting, or working with neighbouring landowners or agencies on an identified area of concern.

Please describe the action and, if applicable, where you think it is needed.
5.Is there local knowledge or past wildfire experience that you think the project team should consider?

For example: how previous wildfires have moved through the area, locations where fire behaviour has been a concern, previous evacuation challenges, areas where firefighting access was difficult, or local conditions that may not be obvious from maps and available data.

Please provide as much detail as you can, including locations where possible.
6.Any other information or comments?
