Ratepayer Priority Survey FY2728

Help us understand your priorities.

El Paso Water is developing its upcoming budget and considering how to balance investments in reliable water and wastewater service, future water supplies, regulatory requirements and customer rates. Delaying investments and maintenance may increase future costs, increase the risk of infrastructure failures or affect grant funding available for projects.

We want to understand what matters most to our customers. Your responses will be shared with the Public Service Board as it considers the upcoming budget.
