* 1. Objective:

Retail Services would like to have your feedback regarding your recent experience while shopping at our location.Your feedback will provide us with knowledge to allow us to improve our customer service levels and understand where gaps in service levels exist.

The survey contains nine short questions and it will take 2 – 5 minutes to answer.

The survey is facilitated over the internet and no personal information will be disclosed outside of Retail Services. Email addresses are requested at the end of the survey for those who wish to be informed of the results of the research or those who wish to participate in a draw for 1 - $25 Bookstore gift card every quarter. The survey is facilitated over the internet and no personal information will be disclosed outside of the Laurier Bookstore or the Laurier Bookstore Advisory Committee. A random draw from those who completed the survey and provided their email addresses will occur every quarter and the winning persons will be contacted via the email address they provided. Only the winning persons will be contacted.
