This survey is for those who have received care during pregnancy and/or birth under Royal Berkshire Hospital since 1 Sept 2023. If your baby or babies was born before this date we have a different survey you can fill in at https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/olderfeedback

Your answers are anonymous and will be used to improve maternity services at the Royal Berkshire Hospital. The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete. You can skip any questions you wish, but the more you answer the more useful your survey responses will be.
 
The survey is being run by Royal Berkshire Maternity & Neonatal Voices, an independent NHS body run by parents and other service user representatives that works with the RBH to improve local maternity care and services.
