Consumption and Treatment Services (CTS) are a proven way to reduce the harms of drug use. A CTS will provide onsite services as well as defined pathways to addiction treatment services, primary care, mental health, housing, and other social supports. It would allow people who use injection drugs to use those drugs under the supervision of health professionals in order to prevent opioid poisoning deaths.

The purpose of this survey is to gather community feedback about a CTS site in the downtown area of Peterborough. This feedback will be gathered through this survey and Public Information Sessions in November 2019.

Your participation is voluntary, and your answers will be confidential. You can choose to skip or not to answer questions, and you may stop the survey at any time. The results of this survey will be used to apply for a CTS in Peterborough. Your answers may be used in a summary report. No personal or identifying information will be used in any reports or presentations.

This survey is open to all people who live in the City or County of Peterborough. The survey will remain open until November 30, 2019 and should take about 10 minutes to complete.
