Fayette CTI Senior Exit Survey 2020

Seniors,
The Administration and Faculty at the FCCTI understand that this has not been the ideal way to end the 2019-2020 school year and has been a whirlwind for all involved. When filling out this survey, please make sure to answer all questions to the best of your ability. Our major goal is to still be able to assist you in these trying times. There is also a question about your shirt size so that the FCCTI can provide your shirt you would have received for the Senior Recognition Ceremony.
