New!! CSRF Monthly Worldwide NEWBIE Support Zoom Schedule

Thank you for your interest in this new initiative, kicking off in September 2026. These "Newbie" calls will run similarly to our standard zoom support calls, but will be focused on the very specific time period between suspicion and making an appointment through very recently diagnosed, and likely currently considering treatment.

Please let us know which of the following dates you would like to join us for a Zoom call.

You will receive an email a day or two before each monthly call as a reminder, with the link included.

These times listed are in EST time zone (New York, Atlanta)!! Please make sure you've got the right time for where you live.
1.Please provide the following:(Required.)
2.I am 18 or older.(Required.)
3.If you said no to the previous question, do you agree to join the call with a guardian/parent who is over 18?
4.Please send me the Zoom details for all remaining calls in 2026. I will attend when I can.

If you check this box, there is no need to answer question #3 and no need to come back to fill this out again. You will receive each monthly link via email a day or two before the call.
5.If you just want to try one or two calls, or for any reason do not wish to be on the monthly email list for zoom links to all remaining 2026 newbie support meetings, you can indicate here which individual dates you would like to receive the links.

If you decide to add more later, you will be able to come back to this survey and add to it.

PLEASE DO NOT FORGET THAT THESE TIMES ARE LISTED IN EST. If you do not live on the Eastern Coast of the United States or live within that same time zone, please calculate your time based on the EST time zone and make a note of the difference. A good site to use for this is https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/ - if you're outside the US, the city of Atlanta, GA is a good one to use to determine EST.
The next question is ONLY for those who wish to help or be a resource on these calls, but does not fit the description of a "newbie".
6.If you are a person who has been through the Cushing's journey and wishes to support those new to the diagnosis, please provide the following additional information, we will reach out to you within a week or two to discuss! Thank you!! PS - you get 100 characters per answer line.
That's all you need to do, other than mark your calendar for the calls you chose!

Be on the lookout for an email from leslie@csrf.net or membersupport@csrf.net within 24 hours of each monthly call. We recommend adding these two email addresses to your "SAFE" list within your email account, since group emails are often flagged spam.

Thank you, and we look forward to chatting with you on the next call!
