1. The Future of CSOMA’s Annual Conference & EXPO

The California State Oriental Medical Association (CSOMA) Events Committee needs your feedback and suggestions concerning our annual Conference & Expo event. The annual Conference & Expo is produced at a great expense to the organization with uncertain benefit to our members and others.

We're seeking feedback on whether or not CSOMA should continue the Conference & Expo in its current form or if it should be replaced with smaller, more frequent, and more easily managed regional events. CSOMA wants to provide networking and continuing education opportunities, and we need your input to help guide this decision-making.

We are asking for your opinion about the Conference & Expo, regional events, and Internet access to these events.

The survey consists of 10 questions that should take about five minutes to complete.

None of the questions are mandatory; however, the more feedback we receive, the better decisions we can make to reflect your preferences. Your responses to this survey are anonymous and will be treated in a confidential manner.

Please complete and submit this survey no later than March 31, 2010.
