At Croydon BID, supporting your business and our town centre is at the heart of everything we do. Now, we need your input to shape the next five years.
The Renewal Consultation 2026 is a short survey where you can tell us what matters most to your business. Your feedback will directly influence the Croydon BID Business Proposal 2027–2032 and the services, projects, and initiatives we deliver.
This autumn, Croydon BID members will vote on a new five-year term (1 April 2027 – 31 March 2032). A majority ‘yes’ vote means Croydon BID can continue improving safety, the town centre’s look and feel, marketing and events, and providing day-to-day business support. Without it, all BID services and projects would end in March 2027.
Your insights will help us focus on what matters most - addressing challenges like economic pressures, safety, investment, and town centre improvements - to ensure a thriving Croydon for everyone.
As a thank-you, all survey participants will be entered into a prize draw to win one of five £50 vouchers for Marks & Spencer, Pret A Manger, Vue Cinema, PizzaExpress, or Zara. Winners will be chosen at random.
