Deadline for Submissions - Friday 15 November 2019, 5pm

A partnership between -
Arts West, Brimbank, Hobsons Bay, Maribyrnong, Moonee Valley and Wyndham City Councils.
Are you a creative practitioner in Melbourne's west wishing you had a space to make work?

Perhaps you already have a studio somewhere that you would like to share or need help to promote?

Or you have an empty building that you can't rent out and are open to creating a future creative space?

Five western region Councils have joined together to conduct a mapping audit. The purpose of the audit is to find out what spaces exist, what people feel they need to prosper in the creative industries and what opportunities there might be for the future.

We are wanting to hear from artists, designers, architects, writers, sculptors, musicians, theatre groups, producers, sound artists, property owners, landlords and leasing agents plus more.

You need to be residing or operating in one of the following local government areas

Brimbank
Hobsons Bay
Maribyrnong
Moonee Valley
Wyndham

The survey is broken into three sections.  Feel free to complete one or all three sections depending what is most applicable.

Section 1 - Seeking a creative space, what are your needs, what does your ideal space look like?
Section 2 - Do you currently have your own creative space?  What does this offer?
Section 3 - Do you own or have access to a space or building that might be suited for creative use?

The purpose of the survey is for research to better understand and plan for our creative communities.
