These baby items are donated from private donors, so we require a copy of the child's birth certificate or legal guardianship documentation. We cannot add your child to our baby club until we receive this documentation. Reminder, this service is for families that are registered for our food pantry. You will pick up your baby club items at the time of your food pantry appointment. Please email us a copy of the birth certificate or guardianship documents to office@commreach.org.
