CPS 2019 Annual Survey

This is the first Annual Survey of the continued Annual Central Pain Syndrome Surveys. We will emphasize the Annual Survey prior to our Annual Board Meeting/Conference every year. Hopefully our sample audience will grow.

Please take the 2019 survey. Over time we hope to develop a clear view of where we are, along with others also suffering with CPS. We hope to find where CPS is at, what is working best, and how we can gain a decrease in pain an increase in functionality - and, yes, even a cure.

The Survey will always remain available for new Tribe members. We ask that veteran members would take the survey just once each year, unless a drastic change occurs. We will email and publish at our website comprehensive results of the Annual Central Pain Syndrome Survey.

Thank you for about 15 minutes of your time. You are helping all with CPS!
