The Chesterfield Planning Board has received a grant to engage our community in a process to inform a new master plan. This survey is the first step in the process.

A master plan outlines a community’s vision for the future with goals and recommendations to guide decisions about land use, housing, community infrastructure, and economic development. Chesterfield’s last master plan was done about 30 years ago. Updating the plan was noted as the top priority of Chesterfield’s recent Open Space and Recreation Plan, which many residents contributed to.

Your input is essential to developing a plan that reflects residents’ priorities. Every member of your household over the age of 16 is invited to complete this survey.

Please do not fill out more than one Master Plan survey.
