About the questionnaire

Happy New Year and thank you for taking the time to complete this brief questionnaire.

The Rhema Marriage Ministry Team is looking forward to reconnecting with all married couples in 2022. We are asking that you complete the brief survey below.

Your valuable input will assist us in developing meaningful events and activities for the upcoming year that will enrich our marriages.

This questionnaire has a total of eight questions and should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. Please confer with your spouse as to how he or she would respond to the questions as well.

Feel free to forward the survey link to other couples who might be interested in joining us this year. All responses are due on or before Saturday, January 22, 2022.
