Title: Follow up difficulties of an "incidental finding" in the brain

A 48 y old female patient presents at the outpatient clinic with the coincidental finding of a small mass lesion (Figure 1) when she participated in a population-based screening. She is asymptomatic and neurological examination reveals no abnormalities.
