This is a 28 year-old, right handed man, with no previous medical history, who presented a new onset of general tonic clonic seizure after alcohol consumption. An MRI of the brain revealed a space occupying lesion of the right hemisphere (temporal-insular-frontal), with some cystic areas, high signal on T2 and Flair sequences, and scattered enhancement on contrast agent. Clinical examination and blood test were within normal ranges. He has been put in prophylactic anti-epileptic regimen levetiracetam 500 mg twice daily.
