This is a three-year program to become a fully trained practitioner of Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy. Participants engage in 4 three-day weekends of training per year. This is a small group learning cohort of 8 maximum. The training involves lecture, readings, extensive skill building exercises, and group supervision of each participant's video-taped therapy sessions in-person in East Lansing, Michigan.

A three-day optional Pre-Core Training will be held before Core Training begins. While recommended, it is not required.
