Cool Seniors is all about giving our Senior Territorian's the opportunity to participate in free aquatic activities in a fun, friendly and safe environment.
Included in this program will be opportunities for participants to undertake the Grey Medallion and gentle water exercise.
Come along and improve your health and fitness while enjoying the company of others.
Cool Seniors will be held at Parap Pool every Thursday for the Month of August, 10am-12pm.
