Department of Planning, Industry and Environment - Clean Air Regulation remake Control of Burning provisions

This survey is seeking information from councils regarding Schedule 8 of the Clean Air Regulation.
 
Schedule 8 provides a mechanism for the control of burning.

The survey is seeking initial advice on your council's current listing in Schedule 8, potential changes to that listing, and also your views on current or emerging issues related to the control of burning.

Please note that if council is seeking a change to the listing, written confirmation by 26 September 2019 will be required regarding any changes.
