How consumer oriented is your organization?

This survey seeks to understand your organization’s efforts to become more consumer oriented. “Consumer oriented” is defined as “understanding the wants and needs that may influence the healthcare choices of the people you serve, and designing and delivering healthcare services in a manner that specifically addresses those wants and needs."

No identifying information is being collected. We will report summary findings and provide our own insights about how healthcare providers can prepare for consumerism.
