Expressions of Interest

Asthma WA is committed to partnering with consumers to ensure that our service users have a voice in the development and provision of our services. 

We are developing a Consumer Advisory e-Network to provide support and advice to our team to improve the Asthma WA experience for consumers.  This will involve commenting on planning and development of services, resources and other activities that we undertake.  Some of the activities you could participate in may include:
  • Identifying priority areas from a consumer perspective
  • Advocating on behalf of Asthma WA and people with respiratory conditions
  • Providing advice and feedback on resources and projects during the development phase
  • Participating in the Asthma WA Strategic Plan development process

If you are interested in being part of our online Consumer Advisory e-Network, we would love you to answer the following questions, to tell us a little more about you and your areas of interest.  We are looking for a varied and diverse group of people from the following areas:
  • Consumers with asthma and/or COPD
  • Parents / carers of people with asthma and/or COPD
  • Mix of ages and genders, including young people
  • People from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander background
  • People from a culturally and linguistically diverse background
  • People who have lost a loved one to asthma or COPD
