Consolidated View of Change

A Change Management Institute survey on how organisations define, assess, sequence and govern the cumulative impact of change.

This survey looks at how organisations manage a consolidated view of change. That means managing multiple change initiatives together, at programme, portfolio or organisation-wide level, rather than one at a time. It's for anyone with visibility of change activity in their organisation, including practitioners, leaders and anyone who plans or delivers change, whether or not a formal change function exists. No consolidated view? Please still take part. Your answers will help us understand why, and you'll only see a shorter set of questions.

Your answers will help build an independent benchmark of how organisations manage the cumulative impact of change, with highlights of the results shared afterwards. You'll see how other organisations around the world approach it, and you can request a copy at the end.

The survey takes approximately 15–20 minutes to complete and consists primarily of quick multiple-choice questions. It covers impact, sequencing, governance, resourcing, data and tools. All responses are kept confidential and reported only as combined results.
