What's the purpose of our survey?

Consequential Flowers is a diverse, inclusive, private digital community where ambitious young people intentionally focus on growing as bold, impactful leaders.

Aggregated, anonymous results from our 90-sec survey will help to prioritize leadership development topics and to refine our Consequential Leadership Development Model ("C-4IR").

In accordance with our Terms of Service, data collected will be used for improving our community experience. We will not share or transact upon data that we collect with any third parties.
