Introduction
CONNECT is a collaborative transit plan to study the Interurban Trolley and Transpo fixed routes transit systems that serve South Bend, Mishawaka, Elkhart and Goshen in St. Joseph and Elkhart counties. Through the first two rounds of engagement, the study team has asked about different ways to balance important but competing priorities.
The feedback received has guided the Draft Recommendations for short-term improvements and new investments in transit services across the region. In this survey you can review and respond to the Draft Recommendations in our third round of community engagement. This survey should take you less than 10 minutes.
