Thank you for participating in this survey. This survey is intended to assess the situation with regards to student attitudes to sex at the University, and collate information confidentially regarding experience prior to coming to UEA and since.

This survey is intended to only be taken by UEA students, and is not aimed at staff of the University or the Union of UEA Students.

The attached questionnaire consists of 74 questions should take about 15 minutes to complete.

We assure you that the confidentiality of your response is very important to us, as is guaranteed in all publications that result from the survey. Survey responses will be held securely online, only accessible to a key number editors of Concrete, the University's student newspaper.

Your data will be retained for only as long as necessary for the purposes of research and marketing. All data will be processed in accordance with the principles of the Data Protection Act, 1998.

Your participation is completely voluntary. Due to the nature of the topic, some of the questions concern personal topics. Your responses to all questions would be appreciated, you can discontinue participation at any time and answer only the questions that you want to answer.

All data collected as part of this survey will be kept confidential, and will be included in the student newspaper, Concrete, as part of statistical responses to questions, in an anonymous capacity.
