The Compensation Collective is an online program that offers the tools, resources, and expert support you need to build an equitable compensation strategy. This program is funded through Women and Gender Equality Canada and is offered at no cost to participants.
This intake survey will help us gather important baseline information about you, your organization, and your current understanding of pay equity. We'll also collect demographic data to ensure we're considering diverse perspectives and lived experiences throughout the program evaluation. This information will help us tailor the program to your needs and provide a foundation for measuring progress over time.
