Submission Requirements

Morgan Hill Community Grants must be submitted electronically using the SurveyMonkey online program no later than February 28, 2023. Please note that Community Grant applicants must be organizations (not individuals) which provide benefits to the Morgan Hill community defined as within the boundaries of the Morgan Hill Unified School District. Grants are not given for religious or political viewpoints.
 
Grant applicants must agree to publicize and acknowledge the contribution in a way that promotes community awareness of the Rotary Club of Morgan Hill. This can be done through media releases, Letters to the Editor, placing the Rotary Club name or logo on printed materials, etc.
 
PLEASE NOTE: Organizations may apply for multiple grants, but a separate grant for each grant application request is required. In order to submit a second application using SurveyMonkey (the program we are using), you may need to clear your browser data of cookies so you can create a second application.
