2019-2020

The purpose of the Community Resilience for Dry Conditions project is to build on the current capacity of farming communities in the Ovens Murray area to respond and adapt to the impacts of, and complex issues associated with, dry conditions.

The project aims to strengthen the wellbeing and resilience of farming communities and to build on community connectedness. As well as increase farming communities’ knowledge of pathways to relevant local services.

The purpose of this survey is for Central Hume and Upper Hume Primary Care Partnership to gauge the baseline knowledge and understanding around community connections and mental health within farming communities and those who work in the sector.

This survey will close on the 15th November 2019. We thank you for taking time to complete it. The survey should take you no longer than 10 minutes to complete and is confidential.
