Community Clinical Services (CCS) offers Medical, Behavioral and Pediatric Dental Care services.

CCS is a nonprofit organization with a mission to serve the underserved. Since our inception, we have been committed to providing equitable access to primary health services regardless of an individual’s ability to pay. In 2000, Community Clinical Services was designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center, Look Alike (FQHC-LAL).

Our locations are in Lewiston and Auburn, Maine.

We employ appx 140 caring and dedicated professionals in a variety of roles: Medical Assistants, Clinicians/Social Workers/Case Managers, Dental Assistants/Hygienists, Peer Support Specialists, Community Health Workers and Patient Services Representatives.
