Application

The Commonwealth Prevention Alliance (CPA) is entering its second year hosting and facilitating a statewide Collegiate Student Advisory Council consisting of individuals currently enrolled in a Pennsylvania college or university or residing in Pennsylvania and attending an out-of-state college or university.

We are currently accepting applications for the 2021-2022 Collegiate Student Advisory Council. The priority deadline to submit is October 1, 2021. However, we will accept applications through October 2021.

If you served on the council last school year you do NOT have to complete the entire application just your contact information, answer one question, and submit. You will not have to resubmit a resume or recommendation letter.
