If you have heard about how design can create shared value and help future-proof your business you're in good company. In fact, in 2015 the DMI Value Index reported that, "Firms that integrated a design-oriented corporate strategy demonstrated a 219% ROI advantage over the S&P500 index over a 10-year period (‘04-’14)." The DTMA is still in beta but was designed to self-diagnose a baseline of your organisation’s design thinking maturity to inform you innovation strategy and activation.
It will take between 10-15 minutes to complete. You can skip a full section if you don't have a view across one of the eight functional areas. There are four questions in each area: 32 questions in total. If you find it jarring to use the word "customer" feel free to use a more appropriate word for your organisation, e.g. stakeholder, user, person etc.
