Why are we doing this study?
The purpose of this study questionnaire is to investigate if there is a connection between coeliac disease and osteoporosis and osteoporosis treatment.

Why am I being invited into this study?
You are being asked to participate either because you have coeliac disease or because you do not have coeliac disease but are being treated with an osteoporosis medication.

Who is doing this study?
The questionnaire is being conducted by the Keogh Institute for Medical Research in collaboration with the Coeliac Society of Western Australia.

Who has approved this study?
This study has been approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee of Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital Group – Study No 2013-008.

Will my answers be confidential?
Your identity and contact details will not be disclosed. For the purposes of analysis your identity will be replaced by a code number. You will not be identifiable in any report or publication of the results.
