2018 CoC Oncology Lecturer Nominations |
The Commission on Cancer (CoC) is seeking nominations for the annual Oncology Lecture, held during the American College of Surgeons (ACS) Clinical Congress in Boston, MA in October 2018.
The purpose of the Oncology Lecture is to present current, major developments in the field of oncology and to emphasize the role of the surgeon in the care of patients with cancer. The lecturer should be a leader in the field of oncology who has done outstanding work in clinical and/or laboratory research, and/or cancer management.
The nominees for 2018 should be experts in one of the following fields:
1) Cancer Immunotherapy
2) Palliative Care
3) Surgical Clinical Trials in the United States
4) Survivorship Care
Please provide your top three nominees below. The final nominee will be selected by the CoC Executive Committee from the list of candidates.
