Cochlear Implant Imaging Survey

You are being asked to complete a questionnaire for a study investigating the most common pre-operative and intra-operative imaging practices and how these findings influence surgical decisions in cochlear implantation. The questionnaire asks for some information about your practice, your professional opinions. You are also asked to review CT and/or MRI imaging and tell us what technique you would use for the patient. Data will be anonymous, stored on secure servers, and IP addresses will not be collected.
