This survey explores the challenges encountered in conducting clinical trials in High-Income Countries (HICs).

We aim to gather insights from professionals across the clinical research field to understand key obstacles, including human resource limitations, infrastructure gaps, regulatory and ethical challenges, and financial/logistical barriers.
