CIRCLE KEEPING Circle Keeping: Keeping Traditional Níso Ahcahkwak ká-Ayácik Ceremony with Sunday Queskekapow (they/them)On Tuesday June 2nd from 6-7:30 PMThis workshop explores Indigenous ceremonial practices through a Two-Spirit lens, centering inclusion and land connection. Participants will engage in dialogue, reflection, and inclusive expressions of ceremony that honour both tradition and resugrence. Guided by Sunday Queskekapow, this space uplifts 2SLGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse voices, and affirms that the land remembers us all.Who is Sunday?? Sunday Queskekapow (They/Them) is a Two-Spirit, trans, First Nations and neurodiverse youth with mixed Néhinawak, Métis, and settler ancestry. Originally from Ohpáskowayáhk (The Pas and Opaskwayak Cree Nation) and a band member of Kinoséwi Sípíhk (Norway House Cree Nation), both located on Treaty 5 Territory, they now live, advocate, and study on Treaty 1 Territory. For nearly 10 years, they have been a dedicated advocate for northern Indigenous and 2SLGBTQQIA+ communities.WHO CAN ATTEND? 2SLGBTQ+ youth and allied youth (a friend!)
