Location:   McMillian Auditorium
There are 200 seats available for this workshop.

During this session we will introduce specific examples to demonstrate how to acquire, analyze and visualize data through mathematical, statistical and engineering functions. This session is designed to provide an overview of the MATLAB technical computing environment, including desktop tools for editing and debugging code, publishing your work, programming and 3-D visualization, and creating graphical user interfaces (GUI). We will incorporate a number of new features from the latest version of MATLAB.

Highlights include:
- Importing data into MATLAB

- Performing statistical analysis and curve fitting
- Automating analysis via automatic MATLAB code generation
- Building GUIs and generating reports
