Christ Church Congregational Survey

Introduction

The Elders of Christ Church of Santa Fe invite you to participate in this first-ever congregational survey. The survey is part of the Vision for Growth project being led by Andrew Sobel, a Christ Church member and management consultant. Our goal is to sharpen our vision for how the church will grow in the future, and this survey will provide important input for us.

It will take about 8-10 minutes to complete the survey, which asks questions about you, your involvement in the church, and things you'd like to see the church do more of. We greatly appreciate your participation and thank you in advance. Note: Everyone 18 or older who attends should fill out their own survey, including each member of a couple or family.

All of your responses are confidential. Only the survey author, Andrew Sobel, has access to individual answers but even then not to your name. Open-ended comments that are representative may be shared in a final report but with care taken to disguise any identifying information in them.
