This purpose of this survey is to understand how the OSHA Lab Standard has been implemented in academic laboratories over the 25 years since its promulgation as well as its impact on laboratory safety practices and culture over that period. The target audience is Environmental Health and Safety staff, as well as laboratory safety representatives in individual or departmental laboratories.
