Welcome
As you may know, Hilltown Community Health Center (HCHC) is a nonprofit health care provider with sites in Huntington, Worthington, and Amherst that serves all individuals, regardless of ability to pay. HCHC provides medical, dental, behavioral health, and optometry services to ~9,500 residents of the Hilltowns and the Valley annually and is part of the statewide primary care safety net. We also provide a wide range of community services in the western regions of Hampshire and Hampden Counties.
HCHC's mission is to address not only residents’ physical and mental health, but also the social determinants of need, such as poverty, food security, housing, domestic violence, and more. In order to do so, we take seriously our responsibility to identify and address the needs of the community.
