Liverpool City Council invites suitably qualified vendors to submit an Expression of Interest to operate a mobile food service from "The Kiosk" at Homestead Park.

Proposals to activate a shipping container or other fixed structure at the site are welcome and may be permitted subject to relevant approvals.
