Chicopee Preschool Needs Assessment Survey for Families and Guardians

The Chicopee Public School system is conducting an assessment to determine the needs and wishes of Chicopee residents for preschool services throughout the community. To help with this process, this survey has been developed to better understand the experiences and needs that Chicopee residents have had or would like to have with early education programs in the City. 

 

The survey is completely anonymous, as your information will be combined with all of the other responses. We estimate that this survey will take you approximately 5-8 minutes to complete.  To thank you for your participation, if you provide your email address at the end of the survey, you will automatically be entered to win one of four $50 gift cards from Big Y.
