An Intensive Learning Opportunity

Thank you for your interest in "Charting the Life Course: How Families Can Support Seamless Transitions from School to Adulthood,"  sponsored by the University of Connecticut Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities. 

This training will help you plan appropriate steps toward your child's future.  This is an intensive four-session learning opportunity, plus one additional session for follow-up*.

You will be expected to attend all four sessions to get the full benefit of the information that will be covered:

Session 1: Wednesday, February 19, 2020 -- from 6:00pm to 9:00pm
Session 2: Saturday, February 22, 2020 - from 9:00am to 4:00pm
Session 3: Wednesday, February 26, 2020 - from 6:00pm to 9:00pm
Session 4: Saturday, March 28, 2020 - from 9:00am to 1:00pm
*A reunion is planned for late 2020 - Date to be determined
                                     

Each session will be held at the University of Connecticut Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities, 270 Farmington Avenue, First floor Suite 173, Farmington CT 06030.
