Required Paperwork: Work Study / Part-Time

Working at the Center for STEM Education requires completing a variety of required paperwork. Please see below for a link to this paperwork as well as a place to upload your files.

Working with Minors
We run a variety of programs with minors (under the age of 18). In order to work with this age group, we follow the NU Policy on Programs Involving Minors. To work here, you will need to complete the following paperwork.
4.CORI
Updated policy on working with minors (Fall 2024) requires all students to be CORI'ed in order to work with minors. You will receive an email from Creative Services, our CORI vendor - please complete this form. Note that CORI's are valid for three years. To start the CORI process, we need your NU-id: what is your 9 digit NU-id number:

5.51A Mandated Reporter Training
This training is required by NEU Minor's policy. This training takes ~1 hour and is good for three years. Once you have completed the training, please upload your certificate of completion below.

Data & Computer Policies Agreements
By working with us, you will be exposed to sensitive and/or confidential information (such as home addresses, grades, etc). The information can be in a variety of places, including this SharePoint site, Google Drive, Basecamp, email, etc.

As such, you will need to read our Data Policy and sign/agree to the NU Confidentiality Agreement.

Read through the NU Policy on Appropriate Use of Computer and Network Resources. Whilst reading, please take particular notice of items 1, 11, 12, 14, 21, and 25.
