Requesting Prepayment by Credit Card, Invoice, or a Quote

This form will allow you to request advance or pre-payment of an IAAP Certification exam by credit card payment online, to create an invoice request to be paid by an organization, or a request for a quote.

Use this form to pre-pay for exam waivers before you or your colleagues plan to apply for an IAAP Certification Exam.

Invoices can be paid by credit card, paypal, and wire transfer.
  • Invoices are net 30 payment terms.
  • Invoices cannot be created after a credit card payment is made.
  • Invoices and receipts are two different financial documents.

A quote is not an invoice or a payment method.
  • A quote provides pricing to the person requesting information
  • If your quote is approved at your organization, please come back to request an invoice.
Payments must be received (direct credit card payment or invoice) before IAAP provides exam waivers.

All exam payments are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. All exam payments are non-refundable.
