A Reality-Based Leadership certified facilitator is more than a training certification, it's a learning investment in understanding the science and practice of the philosophy. Are you committed and willing to dedicate the time, resources and energy of up to 40* hours of pre-work, including reading assignments and online learning?
*If you have read either of Cy Wakeman's books, this time will be reduced to approximately 20 hours of online learning and other preparation.
