This survey asks about your experience of working with the office over the past 3 years, what works well, and where communication and engagement could improve. It also asks how you would prefer to receive information and provide input in future.

Your answers will help inform how the office works with its stakeholders. This survey is about your experience of working with the office. It is not about the Commissioner or any other individual.

The survey takes about 5 minutes.

How to answer

Please answer from your own professional experience over the past 3 years. If your experience covers a shorter period, draw on that time. We are asking for individual views, so please respond even if someone else from your organisation also takes part.

Questions 7 and 8 ask about your future preferences.

Select one response for each statement or item. Choose ‘Not applicable / not sure’ if an item does not apply to you or you do not have enough experience or information to rate it.
