Client Satisfaction Survey

Your feedback will help us know if we are meeting your needs, if you are satisfied, where we need to improve our services and programs and how we can best plan for the future.

This survey should take about 5–10 minutes to complete. Responses are reviewed regularly and used to support ongoing quality improvement, service planning, and future goals. Your participation is voluntary and responses may be submitted anonymously. Printed copies are also available at the Main Office and Outreach Centre.
