Join the team at Gladiator Consulting along with some special guests for a 10 week learning cohort driven by Community Centric Fundraising (CCF) principles. During your time in the cohort, you will be encouraged to explore and understand the history of US philanthropy, the function of the modern day civil society and your role in achieving justice, equity and systems change within the nonprofit sector. We invite you to unlearn some dynamics present in the traditional fundraising profession and get acquainted with fundraising practices that lead to racial and social justice. The cohort will meet weekly and the experience will consist of presentations, facilitated dialogue and peer-led storytelling/feedback/experience sharing. Each participant in the cohort will leave the cohort experience with a full draft CCF-oriented development template and plan, big or small action items for dismantling toxic fundraising practices, and accountability guide

Cost: $1,500. Participants are required to commit for the full duration of the Cohort.
