TEAM NOMINATION FORM 2018
If you're wanting to enter a team into the Canterbury Bankstown Futsal Competition at the Morris Iemma Indoor Sports Center (MIISC) - please complete the below questions/team nomination form. You will also find below a brief breakdown of necessary competition information.
COMPETITION STRUCTURE:
- All matches are played on Monday evenings - times are TBC.
- A maximum of 10 players can be nominated for each team.
Juniors:
- 12 week competition.
- Week one - Week commencing Monday 5th February 2018
- Week twelve - Week commencing Monday 30th April 2018
- Finals - Week commencing Monday 7th May 2018
All Age Men:
- 20 week competition.
- Week one - Week commencing Monday 5th February 2018
- Week twenty - Week commencing Monday 25th June 2018
- Finals - Week commencing Monday 2nd/9th July 2018
FEES:
Individuals:
Juniors (age 11-17):
Existing players* - $0.00
Registered players (2017 winter)** - $45.00
Unregistered players (2017 winter) - $50.00
*These are players who played in the Sept-December CB Futsal Competition.
**These are players who are registered in 2017 for the outdoor winter competition.
Seniors (18+):
Existing players* - $0.00
Registered players (2017 winter)** - $80.00
Unregistered players (2017 winter) - $110.00
*These are players who played in the Sept-December CB Futsal Competition.
**These are players who are registered in 2017 for the outdoor winter competition.
Teams:
Team registration fee (per team, per competition): Juniors: $100.00, Seniors: $150.00
Match fees (per team, per match played) - Juniors: $35.00, Seniors: $70.00
